Job Summary

The Sales Associate contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Coach selling skills and Coach Service training. This role requires meeting personal sales and productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Coach to consumers as a brand ambassador
  • Meet personal sales and productivity goals
  • Demonstrate high energy on the sales floor
  • Achieve sales goals consistently
  • Work with multiple customers simultaneously
  • Anticipate and meet customers' needs consistently
  • Service all customers according to Coach Approach standards
  • Participate as a team member and encourage team to meet performance standards

Requirements

  • Very good English proficiency (essential)
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential)
  • Background in working in luxury retail (desirable)

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
