We're a leading IT distributor and solutions aggregator, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for optimizing business processes, driving customer engagement, and developing strategic partnerships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scout and onboard new partners with a proactive engagement approach
  • Design and implement scalable operational processes and monitoring AWS services aligned to our platform offerings
  • Provide strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the AWS portfolio
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure seamless integration and coordination

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor experience
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Comfortable working in an international results-driven project organization
  • Project experience managing customer success software and tools
  • English professional proficiency is a MUST
  • Italian mother tongue
