Customer Success Manager AWS

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Customer Success Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, platform and vendor integration, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Scouting and Onboarding New Partners: Proactively engage with new partners to educate and create adoption.
- Process Design and Implementation: Define and design scalable region operational processes and monitoring AWS services aligned to TD SYNNEX's platform offerings.
- Strategic Process Support: Provide strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the AWS portfolio.
- Customer Experience Design: Design an intentional end-to-end customer experience to enable key customer touchpoints.
- Process Review and Advice: Review existing processes and provide advice on specialized subject areas, such as legal guidelines, internal compliance policies, services, and platform support.
- Process Documentation: Document all processes accordingly, ensuring homogeneous and up-to-standard service levels.
- Business Owner for Operations System Enablement: Liaise with Platform teams and IT to drive the definition of system requirements, functional specs, and deployment of necessary revenue and pricing processes.
- Project Experience: Managing customer success software and tools.
- Customer Experience: Providing quality, personalized customer experiences.
- IT Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
- AWS Experience: Previous experiences with AWS or other Hyperscalers will be evaluated as a priority.
- Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified will be a plus.
- Language Proficiency: English and Italian professional proficiency is a MUST.
- Hybrid Work: 2 days at the office, 3 days at home.
