AWS Business Development Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled AWS Customer Success Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, platform and vendor integration, customer engagement, and partner training.
Key Responsibilities- Scouting and Onboarding New Partners: Proactively engage with potential partners to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Customer Advocacy and Adoption: Educate and support customers in adopting our solutions, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.
- Operational Process Design: Define and implement scalable region operational processes and monitoring AWS services aligned with TD SYNNEX's platform offerings.
- Strategic Process Support: Provide strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the AWS portfolio, including innovative end-to-end monetization models.
- Customer Experience Design: Design an intentional end-to-end customer experience to enable all key customer touchpoints.
- Process Review and Documentation: Review existing processes and provide advice on specialized subject areas, documenting all procedures accordingly.
- Business Operations Enablement: Act as the business owner for operations system enablement, liaising with Platform teams and IT to drive system requirements and deployment.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Manage constant communication with countries and other stakeholders around processes.
