Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center and infrastructure software, with experience in negotiation and sales. You will be responsible for translating VMware by Broadcom's growth plans into actionable strategies, driving sales and revenue growth in specific strategic segments.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize Results: Drive sales from agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, onboarding, and business development initiatives.
- Solid Customer Engagement: Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy, creating unique selling propositions and taking solution and service offerings to market.
- Quarterly Vendor Business Planning: Own and execute quarterly vendor business planning, enabling sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
- Develop Customer Value Propositions: Develop tailored customer value propositions, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- 4+ Years of Experience: In the IT industry, with channel and/or vendor experience at a business development level.
- Data Center and Software Enterprise: Good level of knowledge of data center and software enterprise solutions.
- Emotional Intelligence and Influence: Strong emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Relationship Building: Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
- High Energy and Motivation: High energy and motivation, with a strong orientation towards services and solution selling.
- Strategic Planning: Strong strategic planning and business case development skills.
- Hybrid Work: 2 days at the office, 3 days at home.
