About the role:
At TD SYNNEX Italy, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee the VMware by Broadcom portfolio. This role entails translating VMware by Broadcom's growth strategies internally to effectively drive them within targeted strategic segments.
The BDM at TD SYNNEX is focused on increasing profitable market share by implementing the Business Unit strategy. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Data Center and Infrastructure Software and have a proven track record in negotiating large-scale deals, along with comprehensive knowledge of all job functions and industry best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enhance outcomes by driving sales from the designated vendor portfolio, including identifying new vendors, onboarding, and other business development initiatives. Exhibit a robust customer engagement strategy and create unique selling propositions for clients. Launch solutions and service offerings to the market, including TaaS. Take ownership of quarterly vendor business planning and its execution. Empower and assist the sales teams to capture and expand market share. Develop customized customer value propositions.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
4+ years of experience in the IT sector, particularly in channel and/or vendor business development. Strong understanding of data center and Software Enterprise. Excellent emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in building relationships at multiple levels. High energy and motivation levels. Strong focus on and experience in services and solution selling. Experience in strategic planning and business case development.WHAT DO WE OFFER:
