About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center and infrastructure software, with experience in negotiation of large deals and a deep understanding of the IT industry. You will be responsible for translating growth plans into actionable strategies and driving business development initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize sales results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio, including new vendor identification, on-boarding, and other business development initiatives.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to create unique selling propositions and drive sales growth.
  • Take solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS, to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Enable and support sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
  • Develop tailored customer value propositions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
  • Good level of knowledge of data center and software enterprise.
  • Good emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Skilled multi-level relationship builder to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • High energy and motivation to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Strategic planning and business case development skills to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
