About the Role:
At TD SYNNEX Italy, we are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to oversee the VMware by Broadcom portfolio. This role entails translating the growth strategies of VMware by Broadcom internally to effectively drive initiatives in targeted strategic segments.
The Manager will focus on expanding profitable market share by implementing the Business Unit strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Data Center and Infrastructure Software and have a proven track record in negotiating substantial deals, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of all job functions and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance outcomes by driving sales from the designated vendor portfolio, including identifying new vendors, onboarding processes, and other business development initiatives. Establish a robust customer engagement strategy and create unique selling propositions for clients. Introduce solutions and service offerings to the market, including TaaS. Take ownership of quarterly vendor business planning and its execution. Support and empower the sales teams to enhance market share and customer wallet share. Develop customized customer value propositions.What We Are Looking For:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT sector, particularly in channel and/or vendor roles at a business development level. Strong knowledge of data center and Software Enterprise. Excellent emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to build relationships at multiple levels. High energy and motivation. Strong focus on services and solution selling. Experience in strategic planning and business case development.What We Offer:
