Senior Product Manager for Fresh Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to take on the role of Senior Product Manager within our Fresh division. This position is ideal for someone who is both organized and an excellent communicator, with a passion for enhancing customer experiences.

Your role will be crucial in shaping the online customer experience for Fresh, leveraging a combination of analytical insights and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for synthesizing data from various sources, including internal customer metrics, customer feedback mechanisms, external research, and competitive analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management abilities, a solid grasp of research methodologies, and comfort with quantitative data analysis. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, efficiently managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive strategic initiatives, including the definition of value propositions and providing analytical support to leadership on significant business challenges.
  • Enhance customer experience (CX) through effective product management.

Product Roadmap:

  • Assist in defining business requirements documents (BRD), track product development, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and determine which customer experience products to implement.
  • Conduct thorough analyses from inception to completion, including scoping, design, data collection, analysis, and presenting recommendations to senior management.
  • Gather essential external market data for competitive benchmarking in key regions, while maintaining relationships with central Amazon teams and industry organizations.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Selection, Pricing, Marketing, and Vendor Management to identify research priorities that address major customer needs.
  • Support the Voice of the Customer initiatives on various topics and assist in the creation and coordination of the product roadmap with central teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in product or program management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in standard software tools, including Excel and SQL (knowledge of Python or R is a plus).
  • Experience collaborating with international product management and business stakeholders to align resources with priorities.
  • Ability to lead and influence across various organizations, aligning diverse teams towards common objectives.
  • Experience in the grocery sector, with a solid understanding of the industry in one or more regions.
