Job Title: Senior Product Manager Amazon Fresh

We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Senior Product Manager to join our Fresh team in Milan or Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the online customer experience (CX) strategy for Fresh, providing actionable insights and supporting our L-Team on the definition of the strategy based on triangulation of insights from multiple sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning end-to-end strategic/high-level workstreams, such as Value Proposition definition, and providing ad hoc reports/support to L-Team on key business/customer problems
  • Supporting the CX Product Roadmap, including BRD definition, tracking product pipeline, running UAT, and deciding which CX product to deploy in-country
  • Executing end-to-end analysis, including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations, and presentation of results to senior leadership
  • Securing external market data for CEU, owning competitor/industry benchmarking for Germany, Italy, and Spain, and maintaining relationships with Amazon central teams and external industry bodies
  • Partnering with various functions, such as Selection, Pricing, Marketing, and Vendor Management, to identify research opportunities and priorities that focus on big customer rocks
  • Supporting the Voice of the Customers function on ad hoc topics and on roadmap creation/coordination with central teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Robust analytical skills
  • Significant product/program management experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment across geographies
  • A fluency in standard software, including Excel, SQL (Python/R knowledge is a plus)
  • Work closely with international product management and business stakeholders to align resources to priorities and deliver features to customers
  • Lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
  • Experience working in Grocery (either FMCG or Retail), with a good understanding of the grocery industry in one or more locales
