Senior Product Manager for Amazon Fresh

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to take on the role of Senior Product Manager within our Fresh division. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive communicator who is passionate about enhancing customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be to drive improvements in our online customer experience by leveraging strong analytical capabilities, strategic insight, and effective collaboration across various teams.

This role is crucial for the Fresh team as it involves developing actionable insights and supporting strategic initiatives based on a comprehensive analysis of diverse data sources, including internal customer metrics, customer feedback mechanisms, external research, and competitive analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management abilities, a solid grasp of research methodologies, and a comfort level with quantitative data interpretation. You will be expected to operate independently and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee comprehensive strategic initiatives, including defining value propositions and providing analytical support to address key business challenges.
  • Enhance customer experience (CX) through data-driven insights.

Product Roadmap:
Assist in defining business requirements, monitor product development, conduct user acceptance testing, and determine which customer experience products to implement.
  • Conduct thorough analyses encompassing scoping, design, data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings to senior management.
  • Gather essential external market data for competitive benchmarking and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments (Selection, Pricing, Marketing, Vendor Management) to identify research opportunities that address significant customer needs.
  • Support the Voice of the Customer initiatives by contributing to topic-specific research and coordinating with central teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Extensive experience in product or program management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Comfortable working within cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage the needs of multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment across different regions
  • Proficiency in standard software tools, including Excel and SQL (knowledge of Python/R is advantageous)
  • Work collaboratively with international product management and business stakeholders to align resources with priorities and deliver customer-focused features
  • Lead and influence across various organizations to achieve common objectives
  • Experience in the grocery sector (FMCG or Retail) with a solid understanding of the industry landscape in relevant markets.
