Job Title: Business Development Leader
Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Leader to join our team in Italy. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in hunting new logos, BFSI expertise, and a consultative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a network of prospects and develop plans and strategies for the BFSI Vertical.
- Manage multiple channel selling strategies, including relationship selling, solution selling, and consultative selling.
- Be the trusted advisor for our clients and prospects, attending events and raising awareness about our value proposition.
- Qualify and document every opportunity in detail and mobilize the sales support team to close deals.
