Il Team Leader Field Business Development Milano sarà responsabile dello sviluppo di nuovi business per la nostra offerta di servizi Welfare nel territorio milanese. In questo ruolo, si occuperà di acquisire nuovi employer per la nostra offerta di servizi Welfare, assistendo la nostra Regional Manager nel coordinamento del Team di Business Development di Milano ed espandendo la nostra rete Welfare.
Compiti e responsabilità
- Gestire la negoziazione con gli employer per promuovere le nostre soluzioni di Welfare.
- sviluppare l'area a te assegnata e raggiungere il target individuale rappresentante il 50% della tua attività.
- formare a tutto tondo i Field Business Developer del tuo team e non solo.
- gestire delle risorse, diventando il punto di riferimento per il loro percorso lavorativo.
- Monitorare e massimizzare le performance della tua squadra.
Profilo ideale
Il candidato ideale per questo ruolo dovrebbe avere esperienza nella gestione delle persone, comunicare in modo strutturato e convincente, avere forti capacità di negoziazione e organizzazione, essere in grado di trasformare i dati in intuizioni e iniziative concrete.
