Key Responsibilities:- Process incoming orders and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as assigned.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, including market research and analysis.
- Italian native speaker level.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
