Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Genova. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most important restaurant partners in Genova and Liguria/Piemonte regions.

You will work closely with our internal departments, including marketing, operations, and product, to provide strategic guidance and support to our restaurant partners. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and interpret complex data sets. You will also need to be fluent in Italian and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
  • Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Manipulate and analyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English.
  • Master's Degree in Economy or similar.
