IMR Sales Manager Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tendering process, clearly communicating internally and externally to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Manage and track IMR sales opportunity pipeline, from project development to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide recommendations on commercial aspects to enhance proposal competitiveness.
  • Develop and maintain regular reports on sales, market, and competitor activity.
  • Represent Prysmian Group in a professional and positive manner, reinforcing the company brand image.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage complex price lists and variable cost structures.
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick, and assertive.
  • Analytical, precise, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong business development attitude, with experience in developing and caring for customer accounts.

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in EPCI companies, with knowledge of basic sales and project management concepts.
