Role Overview

The IMA Group, a world leader in the design and manufacture of automatic machines, is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join their Pharma division. This exciting opportunity will involve leading sales actions to expand the portfolio and/or retain existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales and courtesy visits to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and propose technical solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with technical colleagues to create customized solutions
  • Prepare and present technical commercial offers
  • Interface with the legal department on contractual aspects
  • Manage the activities of agents in the relevant territory
  • Participate in industry trade shows and events

Requirements

Master's degree or diploma with a technical orientation (mechanical, mechatronic or chemical/pharmaceutical field)

At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial B2B sector on customized products

Willingness to travel internationally for short periods

Strong customer orientation, decision-making, and teamwork skills
