About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stock and Sales Administrator to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our boutique team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze daily and monthly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct audits and inventory preparations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage stock counts and transfers between boutiques to optimize inventory levels.
  • Process and follow up on retail CCLs, Special Orders statuses, and back-to-back orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist with preparing photoshoots and supporting the PR team to showcase our luxury products.
  • Process shipments and related follow-up paperwork to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage daily banking and invoicing to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Support the boutique with After Sales activities to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Train the team on procedures and Maison policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
