About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team at SIX Group Services Ltd. As a key member of our global product portfolio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and functional support to our major customers and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide customer-focused technical and functional support, including accompanying technical migrations and functional changes.
  2. Conduct post-sales support activities and quality assurance to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  3. Analyze and coordinate requirements, aligning with our customers and external service providers, as well as internal experts.
  4. Deliver clear and concise customer presentations and communication, providing timely reports and updates.
  5. Identify opportunities to enhance our service offering and provide valuable feedback to internal stakeholders.
  6. Ensure qualitative end-to-end request handling, service excellence, and technical support across our global product, services, and data portfolio.
  7. Monitor queries and ensure diligent end-to-end request handling, follow-up, and escalation as required.
  8. Provide high-quality and timely responses to customer requests, primarily through our ticketing tool, but also via telephone, conference call, and email.
  9. Own, support, and manage the ongoing operational relationship with our key customers.
  10. Participate in service calls and meetings with key customers to maintain high service levels.
Requirements
  • Ability to interview, observe, analyze, and document customer needs and technical workflows.
  • Knowledge on how to conceptualize and synthesize complex technical problems.
  • Ability to handle and explain technical topics in a simple manner.
  • Competence and desire to build strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Excellent English language skills (oral & written), with further languages being an advantage.
  • Data consultant/subject matter expert for market data (real-time API) and investor protection topics.
  • Financial markets experience operating in a relevant job role.
  • Thorough understanding of various financial data asset classes and enthusiasm to continuously learn about financial markets, as well as about SIX products and services.
