We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to our international market success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and velocity in key distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and retail partners to generate demand for our products and increase sales.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to monitor shopper trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Build and deliver effective trade storytelling, supporting local sales teams in negotiation and implementation phases.
  • Create and manage promotional programs to stimulate sales and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee shopper marketing activities, including designing engaging shopping experiences and managing partnerships with retailers.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in trade marketing and shopper marketing, preferably in the food sector and internationally.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of food distribution channels and market dynamics.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one language between German and Italian.
