Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager at AIG, you will be responsible for generating revenue and profit margin by selling insurance solutions to consumers, organizations, and third parties. This will involve identifying viable customers, prospecting, and conducting research to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Sell AIG insurance solutions and be responsible for activities associated with making sales, including identifying viable customers, prospecting, and conducting research.
  • Work with other departments to ensure compliance with AIG standards, procedures, and policies.
  • Develop partnerships with accounts, review and assess account performance, and provide training assistance to meet company goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A broad knowledge of insurance products and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • A good level of English and fluency in Italian.
  • The ability to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
