About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team, who will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and presenting our value proposition to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Present our value proposition to potential clients and negotiate deals
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results and achieve business objectives
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in FX sales or corporate sales (B2B)
- Fluent Italian and excellent English language skills (Other languages are a plus)
- Experience working in a commercial bank or FX broker dealing with SMEs and mid-corporates is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to develop sales strategies and negotiate deals
- Comfortable with a phone sales approach and able to work in a team
- Skilled in establishing strong relationships and building trust with clients
