In the realm of TD SYNNEX, a leading technology solutions provider, we are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Expert to drive revenue growth and enhance our Security Business Unit. This role demands a professional who can expertly manage processes and vendor pricing, effectively close orders, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Develop strong relationships with resellers and vendors through proactive engagement and in-depth product knowledge, while adhering to clear managerial direction.
  • Generate New Business Opportunities: Create new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and engaging in detailed conversations about solutions and potential opportunities for collaboration.
  • Inside Selling Excellence: Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant customer information and developing short-term, medium-term, and long-term activities to drive sales growth.
  • Reporting and Customer Engagement: Effectively manage reporting and customer backorders using specialized knowledge and engage in intelligent project fishing.
  • Project Management: Either manage projects end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales teams for technical requirements.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers.
  • Service Level Agreements: Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains high service level agreements with customers.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Attain customer engagement KPIs and sell the benefits of utilizing TD SYNNEX's value proposition.
  • Partner Relationship Development: Develop partner relationships through account planning, cross-selling, and other strategic initiatives.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes hybrid work arrangements, continuous learning opportunities, health insurance, paid leave, and retirement plans.

Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: In cybersecurity sales or related field.
  • Cybersecurity Skills: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM is highly desirable.
