About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an After-Sales Advisor Trainee. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting our automotive clients and building final customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance visits with final customers
- Achieve individual and team targets for confirmed visits
- Guide customers through the services offered by our workshops' network to ensure a great customer experience
- Gather customers' feedback by data entry on Excel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communication, or Humanities
- Italian native speaker level and good level of English (other European languages an asset)
- Previous experience in Customer Care (front-desk or back-office) a plus
