About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an After-Sales Advisor Trainee. As a key member of our Operational Marketing and Customer Engagement Departments, you will play a vital role in supporting our automotive clients and building final customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with final customers to manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance visits.
- Achieve individual and team targets for confirmed visits, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through the services offered by our workshops' network, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Gather customers' feedback through data entry on Excel, helping us to continuously improve our services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Communication, or Humanities.
- Italian native speaker level and good level of English (other European languages an asset).
- Previous experience in Customer Care (front-desk or back-office) a plus.
