We are seeking a skilled Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Dedalus, you will oversee ongoing ERP initiatives within our Dedalus IT Group (DITG). Our strategic roadmap aims to integrate newly acquired entities into the Dedalus Group, focusing on the implementation of global processes and tools.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to ensure that all project requirements, timelines, and schedules are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include delivering project outputs, generating status reports, and creating robust communication plans to facilitate project execution.

This position demands the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring strong business acumen, technical expertise, and a proven track record in project management.

To excel in this role, you should possess substantial experience in managing projects and the capability to lead diverse project teams. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Direct complex, cross-functional projects to support Dedalus in achieving its transformation goals. Collaborate with the Program Management Team DITG, Change Management, Business Leads, Business Analysts, and external partners to deliver high-quality outcomes and meet project deadlines. Apply project management best practices to oversee timelines and ensure thorough planning, facilitation, and risk management for each project. Define project scope, business value, objectives, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Establish an appropriate governance structure for the defined project scope; provide oversight and accountability for initiatives. Ensure project deliverables meet expectations regarding timelines, budgets, and alignment with business objectives. Generate status reports by identifying key metrics, monitoring progress, and regularly updating on initiative developments (including potential risks that may affect project success). Work alongside Business Leaders to provide hands-on support that ensures successful project execution. Address complex challenges and business requirements through modeling and data analysis. Demonstrate a solid understanding of change management and risk management (identifying, communicating, mitigating, and escalating issues).

Required Skills & Experience

Professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) Minimum of three years managing complex cross-functional projects Proficient in project management software, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Skilled in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) Agile and adaptable capabilities Strong organizational and planning skills Leadership and team management abilities Self-motivated and driven

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the implementation of new ERP/CRM systems Certified Project Manager (PMP) Proficiency in additional languages (German, French, or Spanish)

Additional Information:

Hybrid work model (80% remote, 20% in-person meetings) Willingness to travel as needed
