Sales Area Manager Process Filtration

Atlas Copco Italy is seeking a Sales Area Manager to execute sales plans, revenue, and profit growth in the Northern Italy region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with current customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans.
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts and generate sales plans to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
- Meet sales target budget and identify new potential customers.
- Follow up on existing quotations and execute marketing surveys on competitors acting in the same area and customers.
- Issue sales proposals to key accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial).
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role.
- Domiciled in Bologna or surroundings.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of process filtration and filtration technologies.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong technical communication skills – both written and oral.
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.
