Sales Area Manager Process Filtration

Atlas Copco Italy is seeking a Sales Area Manager to execute sales plans, revenue, and profit growth in the Northern Italy region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with current customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts and generate sales plans to meet defined territory profit increase goals.
  • Meet sales target budget and identify new potential customers.
  • Follow up on existing quotations and execute marketing surveys on competitors acting in the same area and customers.
  • Issue sales proposals to key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial).
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Domiciled in Bologna or surroundings.
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of process filtration and filtration technologies.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong technical communication skills – both written and oral.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.
