Sales Area Manager Process Filtration

About the Role
Atlas Copco Italy is seeking a highly skilled Sales Area Manager to join our team in Northern Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales plans, driving revenue and profit growth, and delivering business results in line with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet defined territory profit increase goals
- Work closely with current customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and identify new potential customers
- Generate and execute sales proposals to key accounts
- Conduct market surveys on competitors and customers
- Meet sales target budget and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Domiciled in Bologna or surroundings
- Fluent English is a must
- Good communication skills and knowledge of process filtration and filtration technologies
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong technical communication skills and organizational skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
