Job Description

Overview

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and increase market share for our Protective Coatings business in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at large national organizations in the energy sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including major refurbishments and maintenance projects.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and maintain customer communications, pricing, and coatings specifications.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Protective Coatings market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
