About the Role:
This position reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for driving sales growth within the Motion Drive Products division. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets, ensuring sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the designated market
- Manage sales target volumes and product mix
- Identify and develop new market opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Communicate ABB's value proposition and strategy to customers
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development in industrial automation
- Passion for sales and ability to establish strong customer relationships
- Availability to visit customers in the assigned area
- Enhanced knowledge of Office and Salesforce
- Preferred degree in a technical field
- Proficiency in Italian and English
