About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Advisor to join our team at Marsh Spa, based in Milan. As a Claims Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their claims-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and loss adjusters to resolve claim-related issues.
- Review and understand incoming documentation and new claims notifications.
- Determine coverage for incoming claims and communicate with insurers to ensure clients manage their claims effectively.
- Prepare for and attend client meetings, including annual or quarterly claims review meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience as a claims advisor, preferably in property and liability claims.
- Results-oriented with a strong client service focus.
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
