Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to manage and grow relationships with our top restaurant partners in Genova and Liguria/Piemonte regions.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Manipulate and analyze data to drive growth and profitability for both partners and Deliveroo.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet partners' needs.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Salary and Benefits

€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include monthly Deliveroo credit, welfare program, community, convenience, growth, time away, relocation, and more.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or consulting.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
  • Must be fluent in Italian and English.
  • Master's Degree in Economy or similar.
