Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to manage and grow relationships with our top restaurant partners in Genova and Liguria/Piemonte regions.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulate and analyze data to drive growth and profitability for both partners and Deliveroo.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet partners' needs.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Salary and Benefits
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include monthly Deliveroo credit, welfare program, community, convenience, growth, time away, relocation, and more.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in account management and/or consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Must be fluent in Italian and English.
- Master's Degree in Economy or similar.
