About the Role

The Operation Manager is a key point of contact for customers, responsible for managing a list of accounts in the region. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests;">
  • Develop strong knowledge through ongoing training with software publishers;">
  • Act as a key resource for volume license offerings;">
  • Contact current customers on a daily basis;">
  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers;">
  • Work collaboratively with assigned Account Managers;">
  • Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships;">
  • Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer;">

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university;">
  • 1-3 years professional sales experience (preferred but not required);">
  • Good English language proficiency;">
  • Customer service experience (preferred);">
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial spirit;">
  • Detail oriented with ability to break down projects into smaller tasks;">
  • General understanding of technology solutions;">
  • Proficient in and knowledgeable with Microsoft's licensing programs and product stack;">

Salary and Benefits

This position comes with an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and offers a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
