Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Relation Senior to join our team at the Hotel Romazzino, a luxury hotel in Costa Smeralda, Sardegna. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing authentic, luxury experiences to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Engagement: Create a warm and welcoming environment, anticipating and addressing guests' needs to enhance their overall experience.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any concerns or special requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in a luxury environment.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Ability to understand and manage emotions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Drive Results: Ability to drive results and achieve goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Global Perspective: Understanding of different cultures and perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Italian: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Third Language: Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
