Job Title: IT Service Owner - ERP

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Owner to join our team at AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation. As an IT Service Owner, you will be responsible for owning and managing the ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation, and providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Dynamics 365 CoE Team for Global Consulting Services, ensuring the successful implementation and management of the ERP system.
  • Accountable for the overall performance of the ERP platform, coordinating with project delivery teams to ensure timely completion of global wave rollouts.
  • Responsible for ensuring that new services or service enhancements are aligned with business initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Deliver service roadmaps with input from Relationship Managers, EA, and other supporting teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Accountable for working with other IT teams to plan for capacity, availability, and performance requirements for new and existing assigned services.
  • Hold internal and external suppliers accountable via formal agreements, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Represent the assigned service across the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Accountable for defining escalation and notification procedures for assigned services, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Accountable for working with Problem Management to address problems within the service, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Accountable for the population and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database for the service and its supporting Configuration Items.
  • Ensure services and products adhere to ITIL processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Deliver Quarterly Service Reviews, providing insights into service performance and areas for improvement.
  • Accountable for negotiation of Service Level Agreements with business partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Responsible for negotiation of Organizational Level Agreements with other IT teams that support assigned services.
  • Produce SLA performance metrics for assigned services, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence associates and stakeholders.
  • Subject matter expertise in both business and technology, with a strong understanding of ERP systems and ITIL processes.
  • Skilled in conflict management, with the ability to navigate complex situations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Experience working in a matrix environment, with a strong understanding of business operations and IT service management.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, with progressive leadership experience over 7+ years in an IT environment.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certified, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
