Join Our Team as a Customer Support Engineer

Siemens Electronic Design Automation SARL is a global leader in Electronic Design Automation, providing software and hardware design solutions that empower engineers worldwide to create innovative electronic products.

Our Global Support division is a critical component of our company's success, driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Engineer to provide expert support to our external and internal customers using our PCB Design Flow software applications.

As a key member of our award-winning technical support team, you will be committed to delivering exceptional support to customers, field personnel, and team members using Siemens EDA PCB design software.

You will also possess the willingness and ability to travel for work as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other support engineers to create innovative solutions for customers.
  • Solve complex design issues, working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop well-written knowledge base articles to enable customers to self-solve issues.
Requirements:
  • BSEE or equivalent, with significant Electronics expertise and experience in the PCB design process.
  • Experience with Siemens EDA Xpedition Enterprise flow applications or competitor applications.
  • Knowledge of Virtual Basic Scripting is desirable.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, combined with a strong customer service approach.
