We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Sales Hub, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building trust-based relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for our SME clients.

About the Role:

  • Manage relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery for our SME clients.
  • Drive sales by understanding software requirements, assisting with renewals, managing escalations, and maintaining coverage across all assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients, understanding their needs and goals.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies tailored to each client, leading negotiations to secure contract renewals.
  • Address and resolve post-sales issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • At least two years of sales experience, preferably in B2B.
  • A degree in commerce or related fields is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to learn IT topics and have good business acumen.
  • Possession of excellent communication and negotiation skills.
