The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Campervan Operations Manager in Signa - Florence. As the face of our company, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs;
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our campervans, ensuring they're always in excellent condition;
  • Coordinate with local suppliers and services to ensure seamless operations;
  • Address customer complaints and emergencies in a timely and professional manner;
  • Prepare and clean our campervans for rental, ensuring they meet our high standards;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions;
  • Collaborate with the Italy - Operations Area Manager to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • You're a travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • You're fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication skills;
  • You're eligible to work in Italy, hold a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
  • You're a responsible and organized individual who takes pride in their work;
  • You're able to work independently and as part of a team.
