On Trade Business Area Manager I South

This is a critical role that requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and management skills to drive On trade business in the South area.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the commercial agenda for the selected area and engage/motivate the team to drive business in line with the Company's objectives and the channel strategy.
- Recruit, engage, and inspire a team of talented sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key Wholesalers and on-trade customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Set clear performance goals for the team, conduct regular performance reviews, and support team development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the spirits industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of the on-trade spirits market.
- Knowledge in developing Premium+ and luxury categories.
