On Trade Business Area Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the commercial agenda for the North West area, engaging and motivating a team of sales professionals, and driving business growth in line with the company's objectives and channel strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and business objectives
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance in the assigned area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key Wholesalers and on-trade customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the spirits industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with direct and indirect customers
• In-depth knowledge of the on-trade spirits market and customer base (Wholesalers and On trade customers)
