Role and Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy
• Collaborate with managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and understand requirements.

Job Advertising and Candidate Sourcing
• Develop and advertise accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Evaluation and Retention
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess their interest and ability to thrive in our culture.

Relationship Building and Best Practices
• Foster lasting relationships with candidates, share best practice interviewing techniques with interviewers, and promote our values and culture.

Network and Employer Brand Strategy
• Partner with Marketing to develop and deliver an employer brand strategy and promote our passion for innovation.

Metrics and Recommendations
• Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices and develop recommendations for course corrections.

Requirements
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Build relationships with managers and colleagues across multiple disciplines and time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to learn and use software tools.
• College/University degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years recruiting experience.
• Result-driven and OKR-driven.

Contract and Locations
• Full-time, permanent contract.
• Pisa locations.
