Job Summary

The Floor Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Housekeeping department at AMAN. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage daily tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular quality checks on rooms and public areas to ensure they meet AMAN's high standards.
• Supervise Housekeeping Attendants to ensure they deliver exceptional guest service and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas, F&B outlets, offices, and toilets to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Good understanding of cleaning and maintenance procedures and protocols.
