About the Position

This key role involves managing HR Administration & System support activities with a high degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will oversee all administrative HR processes and documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of operational HR activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing employee administration processes, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, preparing and collecting necessary data for payroll processing, acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding administrative HR matters, maintaining and updating employee records and contractual data in HR systems, monitoring contract deadlines, renewals, and changes, and liaising with the external payroll provider.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all employee administration processes, including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and collect all necessary data for payroll processing.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding administrative HR matters.
  • Maintain and update employee records and contractual data in HR systems.
Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a skilled professional with a background in HR Administration subjects for Italian and international contexts. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR administration processes and a solid understanding of Italian labor law.
