As an Accounting Administrative Assistant, you'll provide essential support for our financial and accounting activities, ensuring seamless execution aligned with our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Document and Financial Management: Organize and maintain documents, invoices, archives, and files; assist in processing and booking vendor invoices, issuing invoices, and managing employee expense claims.
  • Reconciliation and General Accounting: Book and reconcile company credit cards, record financial transactions, and maintain financial records.
  • Additional Support: Complete other tasks as assigned to support the team and company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: A high school degree in business administration or related field; a degree in economics, finance, accounting, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in administration or accounting roles.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software; knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
