Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Relationship Development Officer to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organisations, and other referral sources. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing our client base and strengthening our presence in the region.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organisations, and other referral sources.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in increased client intake and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Home Care Team to ensure seamless transitions for new clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in relationship development, business development, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
  • Knowledge of home care services, aged care funding, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and current police check.
