About the Role

At adidas, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager Fashion to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Sales Organization, you will be responsible for ensuring profitable and sustainable market share and sales growth in the respective defined customer group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute realistic plans and forecasts managing sell-in and top to top customer meetings.
  • Proactively develop, manage, and execute creative grassroots activities with customers to enhance brand image and drive demand.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders as a trusted advisor, cascading all relevant information, and managing cross-functional teams at European level.
  • Plan, organize, and manage sell-in campaigns, driving sell-out culture through joint business plans, action plans, and ownership.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including very good communication and negotiating abilities.
  • Commercial and business acumen, with results-oriented, negotiation, fast decision-making, and proactive mindset.
  • Fluency in English and local language (written and spoken), with additional languages an advantage.
  • Digital mindset and good knowledge of digital media.
