We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our Partnerships team in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for wellness providers across Germany, driving business growth, and expanding our network of partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with key influencers and decision-makers at target partners to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to penetrate and drive business for Wellhub expansion in the German market.
  • Manage a large portfolio of prospective partners, understanding their needs, presenting the Wellhub solution, and negotiating agreements.
  • Collaborate with the regional Partner Sales Director and local German teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful partnerships launches.
  • Continuously develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential partners, driving business growth and expansion.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry, with a strong understanding of the wellness market.
  • Fluent and confident English and German language skills, with excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ambitious and scrappy metrics-driven self-starter, with a passion for driving business growth and expansion.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to take calculated risks and adapt to changing circumstances.
