Job Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and anticipate their requirements.
  • Screen CVs and actively search for candidates on various platforms, using creative strategies to identify new recruitment methods.
  • Conduct HR interviews and participate in technical interviews when necessary.
  • Provide specific feedback to Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Promote campaigns to attract and engage prospective candidates.
  • Support in monitoring KPIs.

Requirements

  • Maximum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with different selection tools, such as behavioral interviews and psychometric tests.
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Education

A Master's Degree in Psychology or Economics is required.
