Senior Market Development Manager

Tomorrow Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Area Manager to join its sales team in Milan. This role will involve overseeing the sales performance and overall profitability of stores within a designated area.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Performance Management: Assess and analyze sales performance, develop strategies to meet targets, and enhance overall profitability.
- Communication: Establish robust communication strategies, build strong relationships with key partners, and ensure an exceptional wholesale experience.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with brand and customer service teams to manage stock levels, minimize losses, and ensure consistent availability.
- Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the brand's commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Appointments Booking: Schedule showroom appointments in advance, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Showroom Assistance and Guidance: Serve as the main point of contact for clients visiting the Tomorrow showroom, providing a seamless and exceptional experience.
- New Accounts Acquisition: Proactively seek new accounts to expand the company's network, present opportunities to senior management.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with brand management to devise seasonal budget strategies, provide valuable reports to senior management.
- Minimum 4-5 years designer/advanced contemporary wholesale experience.
- Passion for sales and building relationships.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and Russian.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Office package.
- Developed buyer relationships.
- Detailed reporting skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in international sales.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and focused on meeting deadlines.
