Job Title: Scientific Informants

Synergie Italia S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro - Filiale di Pomezia is seeking a Scientific Informant for an important reality in the Pharmaceutical sector.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Scientific Informant. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and sponsoring pharmaceutical products in the assigned area, achieving set objectives, and providing scientific information to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent presence in the assigned territory, visiting healthcare professionals in their offices or clinics, as per the established operational plan.
  • Provide healthcare professionals with scientific information on assigned products, in line with the guidance of the Medical Director, Marketing, and Area Manager.
  • Analyze the performance of the assigned territory, identifying any deviations from predicted data.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory to identify healthcare professionals interested in receiving information on assigned products, in line with the company's guidelines.
  • Produce reports and analyses on the assigned territory, focusing on assigned products.
  • Support the organization of events for healthcare professionals, in line with the company's sponsorship policy and applicable regulations.
  • Organize work activities in line with the company's strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, CTF, and similar).
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in medical science information or as a Product Specialist.
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-oriented approach, proactivity, flexibility, data analysis capabilities, and a willingness to work in a team.
  • Residency in the same city as the assigned work area.
  • Knowledge of the MMG and Pharmacist target is a plus.
What We Offer:

We offer a permanent employment contract, a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, and a salary in line with the CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico.

The location of the job is in Rome, and the company's headquarters is also located in Rome.

Please note that the offer is made in accordance with the Dlgs 198/2006 and the Dlgs 215/2003 and 216/2003.
